Police and Fire Federal Credit Union

In collaboration with Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU), I applied my design expertise to support the credit union’s mission of empowering first responders, their families, and broader membership. I created a variety of digital assets — including responsive HTML emails (achieving a 25% average open rate), in-app advertisements (contributing to a 15% increase in engagement), social media posts, and ATM screen ads — all strategically crafted to raise awareness of PFFCU’s financial services and community initiatives.

Focusing heavily on user interface principles, I ensured that each piece of content was intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive across platforms. By designing clean, user-friendly layouts and impactful messaging, I helped strengthen PFFCU’s digital connection with its members and reinforced its commitment to supporting those who serve and protect our communities.
